Epic Gamer Grandma has been hospitalised after she was diagnosed with the flu, which has exacerbated her pre-existing COPD.
Epic Gamer Grandma, who has gained an online following of over 900,000 fans through her comedy videos, was admitted to hospital after she began to experience breathing difficulties. Following an assessment, it was determined that the flu virus had attacked her pre-existing COPD, making it worse. She is now receiving care on a nebuliser and oxygen.
Epic Gamer Grandma, who is in her early seventies, has been a long-time advocate for COPD awareness, having been diagnosed with the condition herself fifteen years ago.
Since going into hospital, Epic Gamer Grandma has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from her fans, who have been sending her well wishes and prayers. #GetWellEGG

We're obviously thinking of Grandma, her family and wishing them all the best at what is a really horrible time of the year for something like this to happen.
