COVID-19 & How It Affects Us/You.

UPDATE (26.3.20):
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY CLOTHING ORDERS DUE TO OUR PRINTERS SHUTTING. ALL OUTSTANDING ORDERS HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH IN TIME.

As of right now (2.4.20), our poster printers are operating as normal & our clothing printers have sadly had to shut up shop. Things are changing by the day (almost hour now) and we'll be monitoring it as closely as possible!

If things close, i.e. either our printers or Royal Mail have to shutdown, this is what we've planned:

- Any orders that have been placed and are still 'Processing' will get the choice of either a full refund or to still go ahead with their order and receive some store credit whilst they wait. This shouldn't be the case with clothing orders but, we'll know by the end of today and sort it out with any customers that may not have seen dispatch.

- If you wish to still make a clothing order, awesome, maybe drop us an email (or we'll be dropping you one after ordering) letting us know and your order will just go into the system and be held until our printers return to work.

- Orders that are already dispatched, in an event like this, Royal Mail would like stop accepting mail but still deliver all outstanding mail. So therefore, you'll be fine, but we're always here for you on our support email if you're at all worried or would like updates/help.

- In regards to the store, if the above happens, it'll just sit in limbo really (totally depending on what's shutdown) and we're now offering gift cards so you can help us out and also gift a mate with the most epic gift voucher possible (there's no doubting that).
