If you’re emailing us for an update on your order, first double-check the day you ordered and the estimate you were provided. Our estimates are given in business days and don’t include the day of order. Therefore, if it’s tight or you’re under the estimate given, please don’t stress and try and hold it out. Shipping emails can be delayed sometimes during peak times.

Of course, if it seems like too much time has passed, shoot us a message and we’ll be sure to sort you out ASAP. We’re human and we do make mistakes but that doesn’t mean we won’t fix ’em! We’re also always open to feedback, both about our processes/website and our products. If you have any suggestions, please let us know so we can make improvements for everyone or implement new features to better the fresh shopping experience.

All products should display an approximate estimate in your basket/at checkout but the general rule of thumb is that posters are delivered within a week, t-shirts can take ever so slightly longer and jumpers are usually just over a week. Embroidered items are shipped separately as we produce these in-house and delivery times vary depending on when you order during the week, you shouldn’t ever be waiting longer than 10 working days though with most embroidery items delivered within 5 working days.

As all our products are made to order, that means that when you place an order, it is printed upon just for you, no one else. Therefore we’re sadly unable to offer returns or exchanges but are always happy to sort any issues you might have or if an item arrives damaged etc. We totally understand this policy can come across harsh but it’s pivotal to our operation and the low prices we offer our products at – if you aren’t down with it, don’t worry, but we’d encourage you to shop elsewhere if so.

We’re working on re-implementing an automated tracking system for the majority of our products however, due to the nature of our various offerings and different production outlets, things can be complex. Please feel free to get in touch with us at any point to request the tracking number and we’ll be happy to provide it (if applicable). Orders are usually shipped via RM24 standard or RM24/48 Tracked with the latter offering staged updates and in-flight delivery options. All embroidery orders are automatically issued Royal Mail tracking information upon dispatch and shipped via RM48 Tracked.

Yes! As we’re designers + have production capabilities we’re always more than happy to sort a range of custom designs, products or just simple changes to our existing products. We’re developing a new custom designing area of the website that will explain the process better but please just drop us an email with any requests and we’ll get you sorted from there.

In the day of the modern internet, there’s a wealth of sites that don’t have your best interests at heart. We can guarantee that we definitely do and, from operating for over 6 years now with a huge amount of happy customers passing through our website, we couldn’t stress more that you’re in safe hands. All payments on our website are handled by either Stripe or PayPal who are the industry leaders in secure online payments.

how do garments actually fit?

We use a variety of different ‘blanks’ when producing clothing and due to this variation, we can’t really provide a ‘universal size guide’ anymore. However, we understand that with our lack of return/exchange options, getting that perfect fit is more important than ever. With all new clothing products, we’ll provide the supplier size guide on the product page (this is usually just a chest measurement in inches) to make things even easier.

Just keep an eye out for any mention of ‘oversize’ or other sizing descriptors in either the product title or description. If a garment isn’t what we’d consider ‘standard’ sizing then we’ll mention it there alongside likely providing personal advice on how we’d suggest choosing your size based on the fit you’d prefer.
